Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped peeled peaches
- 3 jiggers (4 1/2 ounces) gin
- 1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) peach schnapps
Directions
- In a blender, purée peaches with gin and schnapps, add 3 cups cracked ice, and blend the mixture, scraping down the sides occasionally, until it is smooth but still frozen. Divide the mixture between 2 stemmed glasses.
