Ingredients
- Crushed ice
- 1 1/2 ounces dry gin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 6 ounces chilled champagne
Directions
- Half-fill a 14-ounce collins glass with crushed ice. Pour in the gin and lemon juice and stir in the sugar. Pour in the champagne.
