Ingredients
- 2 cups chilled crème fraîche*
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients in large bowl. Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to container, cover, and freeze. do ahead Can be made 3 days ahead. Keep frozen. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
