Tomato and Red Onion Chutney

1/2 cup chopped seeded plum tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper. Let stand at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
