Ingredients
- 4 hot red chiles (about 2 inches long), chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried shrimp
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
- 3 to 4 tablespoons lime juice
Directions
- Mix chiles, garlic, dried shrimp, and sugar with the water in a blender and gradually add the fish sauce and lime juice.
