Ingredients

1 1/2 pints double-strength clarified turkey or chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water

Directions

  1. Heat the broth and wine to boiling point. Add the dissolved gelatin. Stir until melted. Cool.
