Ingredients

4 large tomatoes, chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeño chilies
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper. Chill until cold, at least 2 hours. (Can be made 4 hours ahead. Cover and keep refrigerated.)
