Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 ripe but firm bananas, peeled, thickly sliced on diagonal
1 cup purchased chocolate sauce, warmed
Toasted sweetened coconut

Directions

  1. Place 1 scoop vanilla ice cream in each of 4 dessert bowls. Place bowls in freezer.
  2. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add bananas; sauté until just beginning to soften, about 3 minutes. Spoon bananas over ice cream. Top with chocolate sauce and coconut.
