Ingredients
- 1/2 cup passion-fruit juice
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 2 tablespoons vodka
- 2 teaspoons grenadine, chilled
- Special equipment: a cocktail shaker
Directions
- Stir together juice, Grand Marnier, and vodka in a 2-cup measure, then pour into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, then strain into 2 Champagne flutes. Add 1 teaspoon grenadine to each cocktail (grenadine will sink to bottom of glass).
