Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and chopped (2 cups)
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped (2 cups)
- 5 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 teaspoons chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1 cup coconut sorbet
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Blend together papaya, mango, lime juice, water, and ginger in a blender until smooth. Add sorbet and ice and blend until smooth.
