Ingredients
- 2 ounces orange juice, strained and chilled
- Sparkling Burgundy, chilled
- Garnish: spiral of orange peel
Directions
- Into a chilled Champagne glass, pour orange juice. Add enough Burgundy to fill the glass and stir lightly to blend. Garnish with orange peel. Serve.
