Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 1/2 teaspoon Pernod
- 1/2 teaspoon curaçao
- 1/2 teaspoon maraschino
- Dash Angostura bitters
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Twist orange peel
- Olive (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except the orange peel and olive, in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and add the peel and the olive.
