Description

Lime juice and curry powder enliven this simple yogurt dipping sauce. It's so quick and easy that you can make it while the pancakes are cooking. For best results, use full-fat yogurt. In a pinch, low-fat will do, but do not use nonfat.

Ingredients

2 cups plain yogurt
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon fresh lime juice, plus more to taste

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Taste and add more lime juice if desired.
