- 2 cups (packed) fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups seedless raisins
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
Directions
- Grind onions, apples, tomatoes, the mint leaves and raisins in a meat grinder, using the coarsest blade. Place in a large pot with the salt, mustard and vinegar.
