Unless you happen to be a professional bartender, this cocktail might require buying raspberry syrup and orange bitters at the very least. But when potent and refreshing is the order of the day, you'll be glad you stocked up.
Ingredients
3/4 cup dark rum
1/2 cup cold brewed jasmine tea
1/3 cup Rose's lime juice
3 tablespoons sweet vermouth
2 tablespoons Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
1 tablespoon raspberry syrup
1/2 lime, including peel, finely chopped
4 drops Angostura bitters
3 drops orange bitters
About 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
Shake all ingredients, including ice, in a cocktail shaker, then chill in refrigerator 3 hours to blend flavors (most of ice will melt). Strain drink into 3 tall (12-ounce) glasses filled with ice.
