Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup beer
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Heat vegetable oil in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and celery and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, paprika and cayenne and stir 1 minute.
