Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed (1 inch) fresh pineapple (from 1 pineapple, peeled and cored)
- 2 cups chopped celery (about 4 ribs)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Directions
- Purée ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing hard on solids, then discarding them. Serve over ice.
