Be sure to prepare the syrup at least a few hours before making drinks so that it has plenty of time to chill.
Ingredients
3 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
Directions
Stir water and sugar heavy medium saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and boil 2 minutes. Refrigerate syrup until cold, about 3 hours. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Cover and keep refrigrated.)
