Ingredients
- 2 to 3 ounces brandy
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- 4 ounces chilled champagne
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the champagne in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into an 8-ounce wineglass and fill with champagne.
