Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce Scotch whisky
- 3/4 ounce dry sherry
- 3/4 ounce Port
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters (or orange bitters)
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Twist lemon peel
- Maraschino cherry
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the peel and cherry in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the peel and cherry. This drink is sometimes made with orange bitters instead of Angostura bitters, and the peel and cherry are omitted.
