Ingredients
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb red bell peppers, tender-roasted
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or to taste
Directions
- Mince garlic and mash to a paste with salt using a heavy knife. Transfer to a blender with peppers. Purée until smooth. Add mayonnaise and juice and blend.
